Hi friends,

My hope in creating this page is to provide both veteran & newbie homeschool families encouragement, resources, help and support. On this page it is my goal to share tips and insights I've gleaned from my experiences homeschooling over the past 6 1/2 years & real life struggles & successes in our homeschool journey. It is a bit of a learning curve if you are just jumping into homeschooling and I hope to give you a safe landing place & to help you ease into this phase of your school years.

Savory Bbq Chicken, Bacon & Cheese Rolls

Tonight I concocted a new recipe and it received 5 gold stars from each of my family members & a request that I make it again next week. I'd say that makes it a hit with my fam! ;) It's such a simple recipe, takes less than 10 minutes to make and can easily be adapted to just about any preference or adjusted around allergies. Busy mommas, this recipe is bound to hit it out of the park with any bread lover in your family & help you get a delicious dinner on the table in under 30 minutes! Since I happened to have a lot of shredded chicken leftover from a meal the other night that's what I used, however pulled pork or shredded beef could easily be substituted in these scrumptious savory rolls. Tonight I made them with a bbq sauce, but I plan to make half with ranch and half with a homemade sauce next time, to change them up a bit.
