Hi friends,

My hope in creating this page is to provide both veteran & newbie homeschool families encouragement, resources, help and support. On this page it is my goal to share tips and insights I've gleaned from my experiences homeschooling over the past 6 1/2 years & real life struggles & successes in our homeschool journey. It is a bit of a learning curve if you are just jumping into homeschooling and I hope to give you a safe landing place & to help you ease into this phase of your school years.

Happy schooling friends! I am excited to share ideas, adventures, thoughts, curriculum or products we love, ideas & tools that will help make your homeschool journey a successful one :)

So glad to have you here, I look forward to "meeting" you here and having you along for the journey!

Howdy friends, I'm so glad your here! Join me while we check out some of the awesome murals in Savannah Georgia.  If you're anything like me you love art, a good mural & finding the best, most unique ones in a large city. On my recent travels to Savannah Georgia I scoped out a plethora of murals that I know you're going to love. Check out several of my favorites below and be sure to like, save and follow along for more murals, hidden gems and travel insights from around several of the USA's top cities. It is on the back side of the Thunderbird Hotel and easily accessible. It just so happened that the parking garage we found was just a block away & as an added bonus it was on our way towards the historic River Street.  Another one of my faves and a must stop for any Pepsi fan is the:  Pepsi Loves Savannah  mural lo...

Comprehensive Homeschool Resource List:

Hello friends,  When I first began homeschooling I remember feeling so overwhelmed with all the choices, the stress and pressure of not knowing where to start and not wanting to make the wrong decisions or miss anything important. It was so much to try and sort through and I didn't know which direction was up. Thankfully I had several friends who had been homeschooling for several years share some of their wisdom with me, gave me tips and pointers and helped answer my questions. That was so invaluable to me as a newbie to homeschooling and I will always be so appreciative of their advice, encouragement and their time. It is my hope that this blog will be like a good friend to turn to when you are feeling stressed and overwhelmed and need somewhere to turn to find some advice and encouragement. I don't have all the answers and I don't know all the tricks, tips or cool home-school hacks but I can share what I've learned from my experiences with you and hope you will fee...
